You may remember that I contacted Verizon to complain about my sub-par voicemail service. Well, they just "responded":
"Dear Alexander,
Thank you for contacting Verizon Wireless through our website. I appreciate your inquiry regarding your Voice Mail feature. My name is Adrian, and I am happy to assist you today.
I apologize for the inconvenience; however, I do not show the account holder has added your name as an authorized contact on this account. At this time I am unable to assist you with your request. Please have the account holder contact our Customer Service Department at 800-922-0204 or dial *611 airtime free from the wireless phone, to add your name as an authorized contact. Once this has been done, we will be able to process changes at your request."
So...it takes them three weeks to tell me that they are obligated to ignore my complaint?
