The Patient is now stable...

So ::knock on wood:: I got my lappy up and running again. I think I cleared out the trojans/virus(s) too. I'm still thinking there's something wrong with the HDD since it took 3 tries and about 18 hours to get things up and running again by running a windows repair. This software was a life-saver. I could really easily identify the offending services that I had running and clean them up. My hat is off to them.
