Mission accomplished, returning to base...

...boo-yea! I completed my first semester of CMU no less than 30 minutes ago. It feels good.

The physics test wasn't nearly as I was worried about. I feel very good about 60-70% of the test and the rest I know I got at least partially/mostly right.

My day leading up to the test:
Woke up all on my own ~9:30. Took a shower then gave Tim some 'sass' when he complained that I let him know when it was '25 minutes' later and not the full 30 minutes he asked for. Anyway, I sat around and studied, said goodbye to Jared (cool actor across the hall) and eventually headed over to Skibo for lunch. I ordered chicken noodle soup in a breadbowl, and they gave me chili instead. However, this was an excellent mistake because chili in a breadbowl actually costs more (and tastes better) than the chicken noodle soup. I went and grabbed my mail (I actually got some this time) and on my way out of the UC I spotted Brittany heading in to get lunch at Skibo. I went with her and got a cookie. Then, on our way over to WEH 7500 (where my exam was) we decided that 'bipolar' at the very least and 'nutjob' quite possibly also needed to be added to her descriptors. She is now the 'Paranoid-schizophrenic bi-polar freaker-outer essay-hating english major who's a nutjob.'
I then walked into Wean and took the elevator up and sat down for my exam.

Fast forward to now, sitting at my desk, typing this at ~4:00 pm, friday December 17th, and I'm done with school for the year. Awesome. Well, I must sign off now, my laptop needs packing. Perhaps I'll type up another post whilst (spelled it right that time!) sitting at the gate at Pittsburgh Airport, but it might not get posted until I get home, unless there's free wireless internet access in the terminals.

To everyone with tests remaining, good luck. To everyone at home, I'll see you guys soon. To my CMU 'peeps,' see you guys next year, have a great break!
