Just sent to Campusfood.com:
"I placed an order an hour and 40 minutes ago and I just called and they said it would taken an additional 20 minutes to deliver my food.
At the very least I would like the $1.55 tip refunded to my credit card. I would prefer the entire order total ($16.00, including tip) refunded as I find this wholly unacceptable when they advertise delivery estimated within 60 minutes. By no stretch of the imagination is 2 hours approximately 60 minutes."
And they called me like, 3 minutes later. Campusfood.com is awesome (they voided the tip, they couldn't void the entire charge unless we refused delivery, which we weren't about to do after waiting for food for so long). Liang's Hunan sucks, that's all.
