This quote from Tommy Boy neatly summarizes my opinion on and experience with Hewlett Packard:
"The reason they have a guarantee on the box is because they know all they sold you is a guaranteed piece of shit. Hell, I can take a crap in a box and slap a guarantee on it for you, if that’s what you want. But then all you have is a guaranteed piece of shit!"
I guess this is their idea of a joke?
