HA!

"HP offers a solid warranty package. The nc8430 is covered for three years for parts and labor, and you get on-site coverage on the next business day."

What they neglect to mention is that the first time you send the laptop in, HP breaks it worse and then takes a month and some finagling with the shipping address listed in the database to get a box shipped to you so that they can fix what they busted.

Bitter? Yea, a tad. HP ruined my winter break (well, them and the woman who backed into me (my car, not me directly)) with all this tech-support male-cow-poop.
